Plan your day. Then find out where it actually went.

Two free tools, one honest feedback loop. Horizon maps the day you intend to have. TimeTrack measures the one you actually had. The space between them is where your hours hide. These close it.

THE GAP

Everyone plans the day they want. Almost no one sees the day they got. That distance, between the plan and the proof, is exactly where time disappears.

So we built two halves of one habit.

ABOVE THE LINE: PLAN

Horizon

A calm place to plan today and watch the week roll toward you. No noise, no badges screaming for attention: just what's due, what's next, and how heavy each day looks.

  • Today, without the dread. Overdue, due-today, and a quiet "done today" archive, separated so the day reads at a glance.
  • The Next-7-Days spine. A horizontal strip shows how loaded each upcoming day is, so you can move work before it piles up.
  • Priorities that show, not shout. High / medium / low as calm color accents you can scan in a second.
  • Add in one line, edit in one tap. Title, notes, date, priority: change anything from a touch-friendly bottom sheet.
  • Yours, on every device. Tasks live in your own account, so they follow you from phone to laptop and back.

BELOW THE LINE: TRACK

TimeTrack

A personal dashboard for where your hours really go. Hit start when you begin, read the patterns when you're done. No guilt, just a clear picture you can act on.

  • Live stopwatch, or log it after. Time as it happens, or backfill a block with one-tap chips: 15m, 30m, 1h.
  • Categories you control. Color-coded and fully editable: add, rename, recolor, delete until the buckets match your real life.
  • Reports that answer questions. Total, daily average, active days, top category, a donut by category, and daily/weekly bars.
  • Any timeframe you need. Today, this week, last 30 days, all time (or a custom range) plus insights like your busiest day and longest session.
  • Yours to keep. Export everything to JSON and import it back, light or dark, synced to your account across devices.

CLOSE THE LOOP

One habit, two halves, on repeat.

Plan tonight in Horizon. Track as you work in TimeTrack. At week's end, lay the plan beside the donut and see the truth. Then plan a smarter week. The horizon line is the seam between what you meant to do and what you did.

  1. PLAN Set the day in Horizon Drop tomorrow's tasks in, flag the heavy ones, glance at the week ahead.
  2. DO Work the plan Move through tasks the way the day actually unfolds, interruptions and all.
  3. TRACK Log it in TimeTrack Stopwatch on the deep work, quick chips for the rest. Categories do the sorting.
  4. REFLECT Compare plan to proof Where did the hours really go? Adjust next week's plan with evidence, not vibes.

BUILT LIGHT, BUILT YOURS

Small tools. Real engineering.

Free on Vercel

Both apps are pure-JS and serverless-friendly, so they run happily on Vercel's free tier. No server to babysit.

Your own database

Data lives in your own Postgres (Neon for Horizon, Supabase for TimeTrack), not a shared black box.

Private by design

Email-and-password sign-in, hashed passwords, and row-level rules so you only ever touch your own rows.

Mobile-first

Touch targets, bottom-sheet editors, safe-area support, and respect for reduced-motion. Built for the phone in your hand.

Sync across devices

Sign in anywhere and your tasks and time follow. Start on the laptop, finish on the phone.

Open source

Both repositories are public. Read the code, fork it, run your own copy. Nothing hidden.
